Colony Builders, Inc. is a full-service construction company focusing on the private sector with broad expertise in both ground-up and upfit construction. The company operates throughout the Carolinas and carries an unlimited general contractor license for both North Carolina and South Carolina. We specialize in Dental, Medical, Retail and General Office construction and take a personal approach to each & every project. We are primarily a design-build contractor that offers our clients a single solution process covering construction, design, architectural, and engineering services but can also serve a variety of client needs.
We take pride in providing a high level of service and quality, while maintaining an aggressive schedule and competitive budget. Our new client list is growing daily, however we truly appreciate our repeat clients of which many we have helped to relocate and expand many times over the years.
